Shipping for United States orders

For all U.S. orders, standard ground shipping is free for orders over $100, and $7.50 for all other orders. If you'd like expedited delivery, simply upgrade your shipping speed by selecting one of the faster options at checkout.

You'll receive an automated email notification and tracking link when your order leaves our studio in Los Angeles, California.

Shipping for returns and exchanges is always free. (Find more info in the Returns & Exchanges section.)

Why is there a shipping cost for orders under $100?

TBH, we're a small company, so we can't compete with Amazon-level e-commerce (yet!). We know it's not ideal, but it comes with the territory in operating as an independent brand.

We take pride in the quality of our garments and always strive for an accessible price point, which means that we aren't adding large mark-ups onto each piece. If we were, we might have more flexibility in the product margin for higher discounting or to add free shipping to every order, but we choose to prioritize the best price point possible for the quality of the garment.

Can I add something to my order before it ships?

Yes! If you haven't received your shipping confirmation email with a tracking link, we can absolutely help you with adding something to your order. Simply email us at help@orieveryday.com, and we'll sort it out for you.

Alternatively, you can also just go ahead and place the second order, and send us a quick email with a heads up to refund the duplicate shipping cost.

(We will always refund a second or third shipping cost if we find multiple orders and ship them together — but a quick heads up via email will make sure we don't miss it!).

If your new combined order total is over the $100+ free shipping threshold, we will of course refund all shipping costs entirely.

Shipping for international orders

We can ship all over the world!

For international orders, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and duties. Real-time shipping and duty rates are pulled from different carriers and automatically reflected at checkout so that you can select your preferred shipping method.

You'll receive an automated email notification and tracking link when your order leaves our studio in Los Angeles, California. Shipping speed will depend on your carrier selection, and can take just a bit longer to make the journey ... but it will be worth the wait!

What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase, and we always provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

Note that Sale styles are available for exchanges or store credit only, and orders placed with discount codes containing "FINALSALE" are final sale!  Please of course make sure that all returned items are in brand-new condition and in the original packaging!

Which sizes do you carry?

Every Ori style is available from US Size 14 to US Size 32 (4X). You can tap the "Size Chart" tab on every product page to see the bust/waist/hip measurement guideline for each size.

If you need any help with sizing, have questions about fit, or want to request a size that isn't available yet, don't hesitate to send us an email.

Where will my order ship from?

Ori is headquartered in Los Angeles, California.  We have two team members who are based here in LA, and one team member who is based in Nashville, Tennessee.

We pack and ship all of our orders directly from our design studio here in Los Angeles.

Where are your factories?

We work with two different factory partners, both domestic and overseas.  Our Made in Los Angeles styles are made in downtown Los Angeles, and we generally work locally to run limited edition styles, and test out new fabrics and fits in small batches.  You can find all of our Made in Los Angeles styles here.

We work with our overseas factory for larger production runs, including our CloudSoft Tees — it might take a moment for these styles to re-stock, but they're definitely worth the wait (and make sure to snag them when they're in!).

Our overseas factory partner is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan and manufactures in Qingdao, China. They're one of the best and highest-quality manufacturers in the world, and we're honored to work with them. They adhere to stringent and comprehensive codes of compliance for safe, comfortable working environments.

The reason we chose this overseas partner is for their speciality in milling unique textiles (read: why the CloudSoft Tees are so soft, lovely and amazing!).  They have a 150-yr track record in the business, and in working with them, we have access to a global sourcing network of top-tier custom fabrics for Ori garments.

When will out-of-stock styles come back in stock?

Our most popular size/color combinations often go out of stock quickly! We are working on our re-stock timelines, and we will absolutely improve these turnaround times as the company grows.

In the meantime, there is a "Notify Me" button on every product page that appears instead of the "Add To Cart" button when an item is out of stock. Tap that button to get an automated email or text when it comes back so that you can snag it first.

You can also tap here to join our Early Access text message list, which gives you one day of advance notice for all new styles, colors and sizes.

Finally, always feel free to email us directly for the most up-to-date information about re-stocks for a specific style.
