Shipping speed will depend on your chosen international carrier, and can take just a bit longer to make the journey ... but it will be worth the wait!
We ship in 100% compostable mailers. While some plastic poly bags that you may have received from other online vendors are recyclable, we instead opted for a material that can break down completely.
These mailers are made from a combination of corn-based biopolymers. Have no fear — just because this mailer can break down in compost in 6 months does not mean it will arrive to you in poor condition! These mailers don’t break when put under heavy weight unlike the plastic ones but they’re just as waterproof, and their stretchiness makes them tear resistant. In fact, they’re so durable, you can reuse them!
If for some reason we are not able to complete your exchange (e.g., your requested size/color is out of stock), will will email you ASAP to let you know and arrange a return.
All purchases, excluding Final Sale, may be returned and refunded to the original payment method within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and unaltered, with hang tags attached.
After 30 days, you may return your purchase for store credit.
Final Sale: Styles with prices ending in .99 are final sale and very limited in stock! While Final Sale items cannot be refunded, they can be exchanged (we will accommodate as best we can based on what is in stock!) or returned for store credit.

Ori is headquartered in Los Angeles, California. We work with partners in Japan for sampling and our manufacturing is done with our partners in China. We are honored to work with one of the best manufacturers in the world, who adheres to stringent and comprehensive codes of compliance for safe, comfortable working environments. Our manufacturer is dedicated to employee welfare, offering paid leave, maternity leave and childcare benefits, and monitoring overtime.
Not only are our garments ethically made, but our manufacturer has developed a specialty of milling unique textiles in its over 150 years of being in business. By choosing to work with them, we have access to a global sourcing network of top tier fabrics for Ori garments.
We make every style, color and size in small batches, and our most popular size/color combinations often go out of stock quickly.
We are working on our re-stock timelines, and we will improve these turnaround times as the company grows.
In the meantime, there is a "Notify Me" button on every product page that appears instead of the "Add To Cart" button when an item is out of stock. Tap that button to get an automated email or text when it comes back so that you can snag it first.
