What happens after I submit my request for a return or exchange?
Check your email! We'll send you a pre-paid shipping label and/or a confirmation for your exchange. We're usually all over this (immediately or within the hour), but even if we are away from the computer for a moment, we will always respond by end of business day.
If you can't find the email, please check your Spam/Junk folder for an email from email@example.com.
Is return shipping free?
Yes! We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for both returns and exchanges.
What if the size I want to exchange for is out of stock on the site?
Unfortunately, if your size is out of stock on the site, it's usually completely out of stock, and we won't be able to arrange an exchange.
(*You can always email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make sure, though — and even if we can't make it happen ASAP, we can put you at the top of the notification list for when it comes back in stock.)
Where does my order ship from?
We pack and ship every order from sunny Los Angeles, California.
How long will my order take to arrive?
You can specify your preferred shipping speed at checkout. Ground shipping is always free, but there are more expedited options available, as well.

All purchases, excluding Final Sale, may be returned and refunded to the original payment method within 30 days of the purchase date.
Returned items must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and unaltered, with tags attached.
Animal Hair Cleaning Fee: Please, please note that returned items must be in new condition, and that includes being free of animal hair. If a returned item comes back with a high level of animal hair, a $15 Cleaning Fee will be applied to your refund.
Why a cleaning fee? We think it's a better option than simply refusing to accept the return. To be honest, the $15 cleaning fee doesn't actually cover the cost of having the garment professionally cleaned to the extent that it can be returned to inventory, and we are hoping that it will be more of a gentle reminder /deterrent, vs. an actual offset of the inventory cleaning fee or inventory loss.
Often times, animal hair cannot be fully removed from garments, and we would never, never be comfortable with returning a garment to inventory that was not fully cleaned, sanitized, and completely returned to brand new condition.
While we love all of your pets (truly!), the returns coming back with a high level of animal hair are presenting a safety and sanitation hazard for our team and the Ori community. Please know that we are putting this policy into effect for the benefit of everyone in the Ori community, and to reduce the overall amount of waste/lost inventory involved in our returns and exchanges process.
Returns Requested After 30 Days: After 30 days from your order date, we are happy to accommodate your return for store credit.
Shipping Labels: Returns must be shipped within 30 days of receiving your pre-paid return shipping label. Returns shipped after 30 days of receipt of the pre-paid shipping label are not eligible for refunds, but are eligible for store credit.
Final Sale: Styles marked "Final Sale" are very limited in stock! While Final Sale items cannot be refunded, they can be exchanged (we will accommodate as best we can based on what is in stock!) or returned for store credit.
